Service Scope and Flow
1) Scope: Brokage of renting,buying and selling commercial buildings; market survey; project planning and assessment;asset management.
2) Flow:
a. Make sure the demand and requirement for target building of clients; provide reasonable advice and suggestion in order to save time for clients.
b. Accept the commission of clients and sign commission contract with clients; provide clients with accurate information of the target building for reference at the shortest time.
c. Provide clients with the detail information of the target building and the advice on the building location.
d. Show clients around the target building; be responsible for negotiating the whole renting affairs with developers
e. Assist clients to complete renting contract and remind of precautions.
